Recent Board Action Window Moratorium Rescinded:  At the board meeting on February 21, 2007,  the board removed the moratorium on windows/sliders.  MORE  Window Assessments for Buildings II, III and IV. The board adopted the following on Feb. 21, 2007   MORE Sliding Glass Doors Approved for Lanai Installation:  The board will also permit the installation of sliding glass doors at the outside boundary of the unit lanai upon satisfactory evidence of meeting several requirements approved by the board.   MORE
