Jim Walker is our new Association and Maintenance Manager.  We signed a contract with Jim Spires owner of Spires and Associates, P.A., to provide our Accounting Services.  Jim Walker met our maintenance staff on April 23rd and asked each one to prepare a list of their duties.  He is now on the property daily and can be reached at 239 466-9148 or e-mailed at: Mr. James Walker   Fax the office at 239 466-9331. Jim Spires has already been working with with our auditors.  Both will be working with Kramer Triad in this transitional period.  We welcome this new management team.
