PET RULES 5. Only ONE (1) DOG is permitted per condominium.
1. No PETS may be harbored in any condominium without prior WRITTEN APPROVAL by the Board of Directors. Pet applications are available at the business managers office. Replacement of an approved pet must have board approval.
2. Type of pet permitted with Board approval: Dog, cat, fish or bird. No feral (wild) animals, reptiles, rodents, or farm animals as pets.
3. PETS MUST BE TAKEN TO THE PET WALK TO RELIEVE THEMSELVES. ALL DROPPINGS MUST BE PLACED IN THE PROVIDED CONTAINER.
4. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Gazebo, Pool, Spa, Playground, Shuffleboard, orTennis Court areas.
7. No Guests (of owners or renters) may harbor a pet in a condominium.
6. RENTER'S -SHORT TERM (renting for less than six (6) months) No Pets Allowed. RENTER'S - LONG TERM (renting for six (6) months or longer) May Apply for pet approval.
9. No pet is allowed to roam, be fed, or tethered on the walkways of the buildings.
8. Pets OUTSIDE of the condominium must be LEASHED, or carried and under the direct control and in the presence of the owner. If the pet is taken off the leash while on the pet walk it must be under the owner's control at all times.
10. No pets are permitted to enter the elevator with other occupants, unless such occupants expressly approve.
11. NO pet shall be allowed to make disturbing Noises(i.e. barking dogs), or offensive Odors that interfere with other owners.
12. PET OWNERS are LIABLE FOR DAMAGE caused by their pet to person(s) or property, including all attorney fees, court costs, etc.
13. If the above Rules and specifications are VIOLATED, penalties for the pet violation Can range from a warning to REVOCATION OF THE PET PRIVILEGES. If it is necessary for the Association to employ an attorney, the owners of the pet shall be responsible for all the legal costs associated with the violation.
14. Notice of certification for SEEING EYE DOGS, must be submitted to the association.
15. No dog weighing over fifty (50) pounds, as certified by a licensed veterinarian will be harbored in any condominium. This provision does not apply to dogs approved prior to October 2005.
