BEFORE YOU LEAVE PUNTA RASSA:
DO have the coils checked in your air conditioner. Mold can restrict air flow in your air conditioner and cause mold in the duct work and if not detected early, it's expensive to eradicate.
DO turn off your water heater and power supply.
DO give us an emergency contact number if you have not done so.
DO give us the name of the person watching your unit or caring for your vehicle. We need their name and phone number on file.
There is NO parking under buildings 2 and 3 while you're gone. Your vehicles must be relocated to the lot in front of Building 1. There is NO switching of under-building parking spots every 14 days when you are not in residence.
10 days notice must be given to the Association if you intend to rent your unit or have guests in your absence.
The visitor must appear personally at the management office to identify themselves and request a parking permit. Please refer to Documents Declaration beginning with pp 14 through section 15.7. These can be found on the association website if you've misplaced the ones that were mailed to you previously.
If you intend to rent your unit - it can only be rented one week out of every 30 days. The owner must notify the management office in advance and let us know who, and under what circumstances the unit is to be used. Failure of prior notification will result in the renter or visitor not being allowed to obtain a parking permit and the owner may be subject to $100 a day fine for every day the violation occurs. The visitors/renters must appear personally at the management office to identify themselves and request a permit for parking. Please refer to Documents Declaration beginning with paragraph 14 through paragraph 15.7. These can be found on the association website if you've misplaced the ones that were mailed to you previously.
Remember - no pets are allowed under any circumstances for any leases LESS THAN 6 MONTHS.
