
Screen Door Policy -(The following policy was initially published in the October 1992 Punta Rassa Newsletter) On January 9, 1991, the Board of Directors adopted the following policy regarding screen doors. Mr. Weinblatt moved that screen doors be permitted on the front doors of units at the owners' expense. To include that: (1) The Association shall not be responsible for maintenance and repair (including the present door installed), and (2) The owners must properly maintain all components, such as door closures, screens and frames, at their expense. (3) The color must be bronze in color and conform with the existing doors in place. (4) The Board of Directors has the right to inform an owner if a screen door is in need of repair and perform the repair, if necessary, and charge the owner for the expense of the repair. (5) Owners cannot put additional ornamental screening devises on the exterior of the buildings to match their screen doors. These devices must be installed within the owners unit. The motion was seconded by Mr. Babigian and carried unanimously.
